Lottery scams

You get an email saying you have just won the [Microsoft/Spanish/Chinese/Yahoo/MSN etc.] lottery and have to email the claims department. You are made pay an excessive ($600+) delivery charge for a box containing your winnings. Of course, the shipping and/or escrow company is fake and you will never get your winnings.

If your post comes backk with the error "message too long", just split your post into several smaller posts, i.e instead of one reply, split your post into 2 or 3 replies carrying on from each other

We're back! I'm dumping that corrupt PHPBB installation. Using a free forum host was a very last resort but I wanted to get a forum which wouldn't let me add mods, thus preventing me from messing up another installation! IPB looks like interesting forum software, a cross between PHPBB and VBulletin. We'll see how it works...
